Take a bumpy ride down a sandy, pot-holed road outside of Cabo San Lucas in Mexico, past a cement factory, hurricane debris, and the odd stray lizard, and a final hill will bring you down into a verdant valley that is the culinary destination of Flora Farms.

The most extraordinary bloody mary – vodka topped with a tomato and watermelon juice mix, topped with beets, garden beans, mexican spice, jicama, chile and mexican spices.

A sublime heirloom tomato gazpacho, with perfectly crisp croutons, and a dash of subtle olive oil.  Accompanied by perfectly baked bread, soft and fresh from the oven.
